Request Tracker (RT)is coming January 1, 2008. We are working on a support ticket system for clients who need technical support or have a work orders for their web sites. The request tracker will allow the client to send in a request for work or assistance and track the request with an order ticket number. The ticket number will keep track of all work and comments made on the request ticket. Until the Request Tracker is operational, if you have a technical support issue or a work order, please send your request to technical_support@digi-technologies.com.
